Welcome to Choir Genius Registration for Vocal Essence of the Southern Tier (VEST)!

This is the Registration process to Register for HarVEST Sing on October 24-25 as well as for our children, youth, and adult weekly ensembles launching in January 2026!

We're excited to welcome your family to our musical community! Whether you are registering for our HarVEST Sing Event (10/24-25) or you or your student are joining us for the the Spring 2026 season, or you support VEST through donation, this process will guide you through everything you need.

The first step will be creating your account, and then you will complete the registration process.

Important Information for Parents & Guardians:

• Step 1: Create your own parent/master account. This will be used to manage all registrations.
• For those registering for children or youth ensembles:
  • Step 2: Once your account is created, you'll have the option to add and register one or more children.
  • Step 3: Each child will have their own profile and can be assigned to the appropriate choir or ensemble.

What You’ll Need:

• Basic contact information

• Your child’s details, if applicable (added in a later step)

• Any required forms (if applicable)

• Payment details 

Once the registration process is complete, you'll receive confirmation and next steps from the choir leadership.
